Transport warning

If the transport counts more than X numbers (3 - Standard) of unsuccessful transports, a warning appears.
  1. Missing material.
  2. An unsuccessful transport is if the bottom flap is not down more than 2 sec. (emptying the SVR for material).
  3. Air leaking from pipes.
  4. The vacuum valve is not opening.
  5. The slide valve is not opening.
  6. Air leaking from SVR Bottomflap seal.
  1. Check if the material source contains material.
  2. Check if the bottom flap is functioning (both physically and the signal is connected correctly).
Check if conveying time is set correctly, for full SVR. Adjust time if SVR is not full at each transport.
  3. Check if pipes are leaking.
  4. Check if the vacuum valve is opening and the air is flowing through.
  5. Check if the slide valve is opening and material is flowing through.
  6. Change the bottom flap seal.

Motor Alarm

If a motor overloads an alarm appears on the SVS cabinet.
  1. The motor is malfunctioning.
  2. Motor protection is triggered.
  3. Motor protection signal is missing.
  1. Check if the motor is malfunctioning.
  2. Reset Motor protection (see electrical drawings), maybe adjust Amps triggering the protection.
  3. The filter is blocked or the pipe is clogged.

Over-temperature

If the temperature is more than 5C° above the setpoint, an alarm appears.
  1. The temperature has been adjusted from a high temperature to a lower temperature, this triggers the "Over temperature" alarm.
  2. Malfunctioning sensor.
  1. Give it a few minutes to cool down the air and the alarm will disappear.
  2. Check if the sensor is working correctly or is short-circuited.
Alarm

Under temperature

If the temperature doesn't reach the setpoint within 10 min. A warning appears.
  1. Too high-temperature setpoint.
  2. The heating element is malfunctioning.
  3. The signal to the heating element is missing.
  4. Malfunctioning sensor.
  1. Adjust temperature setpoint to lower setpoint. If a higher temperature is needed, contact Labotek Service/Sales department.
  2. Check if the heating element is malfunctioning.
  3. Check if signal to the heating element is correct. If the Solid-state relays are not activated, check if ASI module output is activated. If it is activated - check the cable connection from the ASI module, all the way to the heating element, to check if it's correctly connected. If it's not activated, contact the Labotek Service department.
  4. Check if the sensor is working correctly or is short-circuited.

Fire protection

If the fire protection is triggered an alarm appears and the heating stops.
  1. The temperature setpoint is too high compared to the thermostat on the backside of the DH.
  2. Malfunctioning thermostat.
  1. Reset the thermostat on the backside of the DH (Turn off the DH cabinet turn the thermostat to max temperature and click the small reset button in the little hole). Adjust the thermostat to the correct temperature and adjust the correct temperature setpoint for the DH.
  2. Check if the thermostat is working correctly, is short-circuited or the wire is broken.
Alarm

Labo-Net / Optional alarm

High level

If the level sensor is activated or not activated (depends on function), a warning appears.
Tells the operator (depending on the function), if the material is at / not at this level in the hopper.
  1. Shows the wrong value.
  2. The sensor is malfunctioning.
  1. Check wiring connections to sensor. Check if the signal is reversed.
  2. Check if the sensor is working correctly.

Labo-Net / Optional alarm

Middel level

If the level sensor is activated or not activated (depends on function), a warning appears.
Tells the operator (depending on the function), if the material is at / not at this level in the hopper.
  1. Shows a wrong value.
  2. The sensor is malfunctioning.
  1. Check wiring connections to sensor. Check if the signal is reversed.
  2. Check if the sensor is working correctly.
