Fire protection
|
If the fire protection is triggered an alarm appears and the heating stops. |
- The over-temperature safety switch is activated.
- A fire protection switch related to a heating element is activated.
- There is a bad connection in the fire protection circuit.

- Check that Over temperature is not adjusted to Low temperature according to the setpoint.
- Turn off the machine and let it cool. Then check if the regeneration blower and drying blower is working and that the airflow is not blocked for both regeneration and drying (drying air to hopper, regeneration air).
- Check connections in the fire protection circuit for both regeneration and drying.

Phase error
|
If the phase order is incorrect an alarm appears and the machine stops. |
- At least one of the 3 phases of the supply voltage is not connected.
- The phase of the supply voltage is swapped.

- Check the voltage off all three lines.
- Swap two of the three phases.

Rotor alarm
|
If the rotor has been running for more than 18 min. Without triggering the switch attached next to the rotor then an alarm appears and stops the machine. |
- The switch is malfunctioning.
- Rotor not turning.
- Wrong wire connection.
- The rotor switch is loose.

- Check if the switch is malfunctioning / broken.
- Check if the motor not turning, if not check if the rotor motor is running maybe needs to be replaced.
- Check wiring for switch and rotor motor if it is correctly connected.
- Tighten the switch.

If a motor overloads an alarm appears and stops the machine. |
- The motor is malfunctioning.
- Motor protection is triggered.
- The motor protection signal is missing.
- Motor protection adjusted correctly.

- Check if the motor is malfunctioning.
- Reset Motor protection (see electrical drawings), maybe adjust Amps triggering the protection.
- Check if the motor protection signal is connected correct (see electrical drawings).
- Adjust motor protection, if incorrect according to the motor plate.
