REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Technical sales to global markets

Labotek A/S is a Danish manufacturer of high-quality machinery, equipment, and technological solutions for the plastics industry – including solutions for plastic recycling. Based in the Frederikssund area, we deliver both standard products and customised projects to customers worldwide.

Our order intake is growing strongly, and we are therefore looking for an energetic, technically curious, and customer-oriented Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our global sales efforts and develop cooperation with our distributors and end customers.

A versatile role with responsibility, influence, and technical learning

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will become a key member of our dedicated sales team. You will take responsibility for selected markets and distributors – aligned with your experience and interests – and through a structured onboarding programme, you will gain solid knowledge of our products and technologies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Advise and support distributors and customers in international markets
  • Prepare quotations in close collaboration with the Projects Department
  • Follow up on quotations, conduct sales reporting, and develop distributor relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade fairs, and distributor seminars
  • Gradually take on technical tasks such as basic calculations, drawings, and diagrams
  • Limited travel activity (approx. 10–20 days per year)

Your profile

You have a technical education – e.g. marine engineer, industrial technician, or another relevant technical/vocational background – and a genuine interest in technology.

You may currently work with technical support, customer interaction, or sales and are ready to take the next step into a more independent, commercial role.

  • Speak and write English at a high level (additional languages are a plus)
  • Are eager to learn – we will provide thorough product and solution training
