Qualification:

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples of catalogues, and also to inform them about product availability, and advantages.
- Create sales or service contracts for products or services, arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment, Keep informed on industry news trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and also emerging technologies, and also the latest product-line developments.
- Diagnose problems with installed equipment.
- Research identifies potential customers for our products.
- Identify resale opportunities support them to achieve sales plans
- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
- Plan modify product configurations to meet customer needs
- Prepare as well as deliver technical presentations that explain products/services to customers.
- Provide technical as well as non-technical support services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and also maintenance of equipment
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Meet the regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software, with a strong understanding of modeling and drafting principles.
- Knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks software.
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for manufacturing.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Evaluate and incorporate design feedback to optimize product functionality and efficiency.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in sourcing appropriate materials and components.
- Participate in prototype testing and validation to validate design concepts and performance.
- Support production activities by providing technical assistance and resolving design-related issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design methodologies.
