POSITION: Purchase Engineer

No of Vacancies: 1

Location: Kasurdi(Khed Shivapur), Pune, Maharashtra.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchase Ensuring who need to do timely procurement of materials to ensure for smooth functioning of production department. Also, Vendor follow-up, coordination for stuck deliveries and lead time monitoring of key materials. And look for Rejection monitoring & guiding buyer team for rejection rework or sending back to vendor.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Timely checking stores stock & report variance if any
  • Revisit following aspects with existing vendors for Improvement in vendor performance, Payment Terms, Delivery Rating, Quality Rating, Freight & rates etc.
  • Conducting periodic visits at existing vendor to check facility, capacity, technology, legal compliance, adherence to safety norms, certification validity & quality systems etc.
  • Identifying and analyzing where the dependability on single vendor is very high, quality parameters not met, delivery rating is poor etc. for sourcing alternative vendor in order to minimize risk factor.
  • Identifying items where substitute is to be developed based on technology, cost, cost, import v/s. local, lead time etc. and define a target vendor for alternate item development. Ensuring timely procurement of materials to ensure for smooth functioning of production department.

Qualifications and Skill Requirement:

  • Educational Qualification: Mechanical Engineer
  • Experience: Two-three years
  • Functional Knowledge of Purchase/Store on SAP-B1 platform.
  • Working on ERP.
  • Good command of the English language is essential

POSITION:  Shipping Executive

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, in collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking deliveries, including deliveries to our Key Accounts. In addition, you follow up on deliveries and contact Key Accounts in the event of changes. Your work duties will involve everything from obtaining offers for special transports, documentation, notification and handling of transports.

In addition, you have a large contact surface internally in Labotek. You participate in ad hoc tasks in the transport theme, and you help to develop and improve processes and procedures within the area.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Bachelor of Supply chain(Import Export preferable)
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 year
  • Applicant should be proficient with Hindi & English.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare full set of Shipping Documents for Import, Export & Transshipment
  • Responsible for logistics local handling of material all over India.
  • Setup effective process to execute product, end user screening
  • Work closely with customers (internal & external)
  • Responsible for all freight bookings (in & out) including carrier bookings
  • Assist sales department in obtaining freight Costing
  • To declare necessary permits to facilitate cargo movements
  • Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.
  • To arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations by staying updated on changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of import and export documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Support the Import Export Manager in analyzing market trends, identifying potential suppliers or customers, and developing strategies to expand international trade opportunities.

POSITION:  PLC Automation engineer

As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for writing PLC programs for automation equipment. You will also be responsible for installing these programs along with the Technician.   • BE/B.Tech Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics.
