Ratio-Selector Valves
Ratio-Selector 2000
The Ratio-Selector 2000 is an externally mounted, adjustable 2-way proportional valve designed for non-critical proportioning of two materials into a single vacuum receiver. It is ideal for applications where consistent, simple mixing is required without complex control systems.
The Ratio-Selector 2000 is recommended for smaller conveying capacities up to 150 kg, provided no glass-filled material is used. For applications involving glass-reinforced materials, the RS-818 is recommended.
Key Benefits
- Proportional mixing of two materials
- Easy installation on hopper loaders
- Adjustable suction times via digital timers
- Simple, reliable mixing principle, also for regrind usage
Ratio-Selector 818
The Ratio-Selector 818 is an externally mounted, adjustable 2-way proportional valve designed for alternating, non-critical, proportional feeding of two materials into a single vacuum receiver.
It is ideal for applications requiring robust, consistent mixing, even in demanding conveying environments.
Key Benefits
- Simple to install
- Conveying of 2 materials
- Individual adjustment of conveying intervals
for valve 1 and valve 2 - Simple mixing technique for regrind usage
- Connected to the control of the Con-Evator
- Cast aluminium construction, wear parts in stainless steel AISI 304
Ratio-Selector, Integrated Dosing Valve (IDV)
As RS 2000 & RS 818, IDV is time controlled. However, IDV is fully integrated in Labotek’s range of stainless vacuum hoppers SVR 4-50 (4-50 litres).
Highly suitable for larger capacities
