Knowledge is a key driver for success in sales. To ensure a shared understanding of our solutions and to provide you with the technical comfort needed when in dialogue with customers, we invite you to our upcoming Online Product Training Program

These sessions are specifically designed for new partners, new employees, or anyone looking for a technical refresher on Labotek’s core technologies.

The Training Program

All sessions take place via Microsoft Teams from 11:00 to 12:00 (CET):

Feb 20th: Product Overview: An introduction to Labotek’s history (founded in 1943) and our global distribution network. We will provide an overview of our equipment for drying, transport, dosage, and storage of free-flowing plastic materials.

Feb 27th: Conveying: Focusing on vacuum receivers (SVR) and loaders. We will go through the „Rules of Thumb“ regarding material transport resistance, vertical lifts, and vacuum line velocities to ensure efficient system design.

March 6th: Drying: Understanding the prevention of hydrolysis and its impact on mechanical properties. We will review our desiccant drying technologies, including mobile (DDM/DMR), machine-mounted (LCD/LRD), and centralized units (DFD).

March 20th: Systems & Automation: Exploring centralized systems managed by PLC control units (Labo-Net) and synchronized conveying (Labo-Sync). We will also review the „Scope Funnel“ and technical checklists required for precise system inquiries.
